隐私政策

CookTrace 用于保存家庭菜谱、记录料理过程并在经授权的家庭成员之间协作。我们只处理提供产品、验证订阅和保障安全所必需的数据，不出售个人信息，也不用于广告跟踪。

我们处理的数据

  • IdentityCenter 提供的账号标识、邮箱、显示名称、语言偏好和会话状态；
  • 家庭成员关系、邀请、角色、所有权、家庭群消息、呼叫与投票；
  • 菜谱、做法、烹饪记录、照片、评论、食材和用户创建的分享；
  • 设备平台、语言、推送令牌、通知状态和必要的技术日志；
  • 订阅商品、提供商、状态、周期、用量和商店交易标识。CookTrace 不接收或保存银行卡完整资料。

用途、共享方与保护

我们将数据用于认证、同步、家庭协作、通知、用户主动发起的分享、AI 回答、订阅权益和防滥用。完成相应功能时，必要数据可能由 IdentityCenter、NotificationCenter、Apple、Google Play、OpenAI、推送和基础设施服务商处理。我们要求服务商提供与本政策及适用规则相当的保护，只允许其为约定服务处理数据。数据通过 HTTPS 等现代加密方式传输，访问受身份与家庭权限控制。

AI 助手与明确同意

首次向第三方 AI 发送内容前，App 会明确说明接收方、数据类型和用途，并征得你的同意。只有在你主动选择一份菜谱并发送问题时，CookTrace 才把该菜谱中的文字（做法、近期记录和评论）、你的问题及最近对话发送给 OpenAI API 生成回答。照片、其他菜谱、邮箱和显示名称不会发送。你可以拒绝而继续使用非 AI 功能，也可随时在“设置 → 隐私与数据 → AI 第三方数据共享”撤回同意；撤回后不再发送新的 AI 请求。

OpenAI API Key 只保存在 CookTrace 服务端。请求不使用 OpenAI 对话状态存储；依据当前 API 数据控制规则，API 数据默认不用于训练模型，但部分内容可能为防滥用监控保留最多 30 天。AI 可能不准确，不能作为过敏、食品安全或医疗结论。

App Store 与 Google Play 订阅

购买、恢复或刷新 AI Plus 时，iOS 端由 StoreKit 和 App Store Server API 校验签名交易及订阅状态；Android 端将 Google Play 购买令牌发送到 CookTrace 服务端，再由 Google Play Developer API 校验。我们保存提供权益所需的商品 ID、商店、状态、有效期、原始交易/订单标识、账号绑定标识和每个周期已使用次数。令牌和交易标识保存在服务端，不用于广告。付款资料和实际扣款由 Apple 或 Google 直接处理，并受其隐私政策约束。

照片、相机与通知

只有在你选择或拍摄照片时才请求相册或相机权限；照片用于你选择的菜谱或记录，默认只对当前家庭可见。通知权限和推送令牌只用于家庭呼叫及产品通知，不要求开启通知才能使用其他功能。系统权限可随时在设备设置中撤回。

保存、撤回与删除

数据通常在账号或家庭有效期间保存；安全和交易审计仅在履行法律义务、解决争议及防滥用所需期限内保留。公开分享可到期或撤回。你可在 App 内删除账号，也可查看外部删除说明；数据会按家庭所有权删除或匿名化，仍拥有多人家庭时需先转让所有权或解散家庭。撤回 AI 同意不会自动删除既有账号数据；删除账号会删除订阅关联、用量记录及可删除的个人数据。

CookTrace 儲存家庭菜譜、料理記錄並提供家庭協作。我們只處理提供產品、驗證訂閱與保障安全所必需的資料，不出售個人資料，也不用於廣告追蹤。

處理的資料

  • IdentityCenter 的帳號識別碼、電子郵件、顯示名稱、語言與工作階段；
  • 家庭成員、邀請、角色、群聊、呼叫和投票；
  • 菜譜、做法、料理記錄、照片、評論、食材和分享；
  • 裝置平台、語言、推播權杖、通知狀態和必要技術日誌；
  • 訂閱商品、商店、狀態、期間、用量和交易識別碼。我們不保存完整付款卡資料。

權限、保存與刪除

相機、相簿和通知只在相應功能需要時請求，並可在裝置設定撤回。資料通常在帳號或家庭有效期間保存；公開分享可到期或撤回。你可在 App 內刪除帳號，或查看外部刪除說明。仍擁有多人家庭時需先轉讓所有權或解散家庭。

CookTraceは家族のレシピと料理記録を保存し、許可された家族間の共同利用を提供します。製品提供、購読確認、安全確保に必要なデータだけを扱い、個人情報の販売や広告追跡は行いません。

取り扱うデータ

  • IdentityCenterのアカウント識別子、メールアドレス、表示名、言語、セッション状態
  • 家族メンバー、招待、役割、所有権、チャット、呼出し、投票
  • レシピ、作り方、料理記録、写真、コメント、食材、共有
  • 端末プラットフォーム、言語、プッシュトークン、通知状態、必要な技術ログ
  • 購読商品、ストア、状態、期間、利用回数、ストア取引識別子。完全なカード情報は受領・保存しません。

目的、共有先、保護

認証、同期、家族での共同利用、通知、利用者が開始した共有、AI回答、購読権利、不正利用防止に使います。必要なデータはIdentityCenter、NotificationCenter、Apple、Google Play、OpenAI、通知・インフラ事業者が処理する場合があります。事業者には同等の保護を求め、委託サービス以外の処理を認めません。HTTPS等で暗号化し、アカウントと家族権限でアクセスを制御します。

AIアシスタントと明確な同意

第三者AIへ初めて送信する前に、受信者、送信内容、目的を説明し、同意を確認します。レシピを選択して質問した場合だけ、その作り方、最近の記録、コメント、質問、直近の会話をOpenAI APIへ送信します。写真、他のレシピ、メールアドレス、表示名は送信しません。拒否してもAI以外の機能を利用でき、「設定 → プライバシーとデータ → AIへの第三者データ共有」でいつでも撤回できます。撤回後、新しいAI要求は送信されません。

API Keyはサーバーだけに保存します。OpenAIの会話状態は保存せず、現在のAPIデータ管理ではモデル学習に既定で使用されませんが、不正利用監視のため一部内容が最大30日保持される場合があります。

App StoreとGoogle Playの購読

iOSではStoreKitとApp Store Server APIで署名済み取引と購読状態を検証します。Androidでは購入トークンをCookTraceサーバーへ送り、Google Play Developer APIで検証します。権利提供に必要な商品ID、ストア、状態、有効期限、元取引・注文識別子、アカウント紐付け、期間内利用回数を保存します。支払情報と請求はAppleまたはGoogleが直接処理します。

権限、保存、削除

カメラ、写真、通知は該当機能を使うときだけ許可を求め、端末設定から撤回できます。データは通常、アカウントまたは家族が有効な間保存します。共有は期限切れまたは取消が可能です。アプリ内でアカウントを削除でき、外部の削除案内も利用できます。複数人の家族を所有する場合は、先に所有権移転または解散が必要です。

목적, 공유 및 보호

인증, 동기화, 가족 협업, 알림, 사용자 공유, AI 답변, 구독 권한과 오용 방지에 사용합니다. 필요한 데이터는 IdentityCenter, NotificationCenter, Apple, Google Play, OpenAI, 푸시 및 인프라 제공자가 처리할 수 있습니다. 제공자는 동등한 보호 아래 약정된 서비스에만 데이터를 처리해야 합니다. HTTPS 등으로 암호화하고 계정과 가족 권한으로 접근을 통제합니다.

AI 도우미 및 명시적 동의

제3자 AI에 처음 전송하기 전에 수신자, 데이터와 목적을 설명하고 동의를 받습니다. 사용자가 레시피를 선택하고 질문할 때만 조리법, 최근 기록, 댓글, 질문과 최근 대화를 OpenAI에 전송합니다. 사진, 다른 레시피, 이메일과 표시 이름은 전송하지 않습니다. 거부해도 AI 이외 기능을 사용할 수 있고 설정 → 개인정보 및 데이터에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다. API Key는 서버에만 저장하며 현재 API 데이터 제어상 기본적으로 모델 학습에 쓰이지 않지만 오용 감시를 위해 일부 내용이 최대 30일 보관될 수 있습니다.

App Store 및 Google Play 구독

iOS는 StoreKit과 App Store Server API로 서명된 거래를 검증합니다. Android는 구매 토큰을 CookTrace 서버로 보내 Google Play Developer API로 검증합니다. 권한 제공에 필요한 상품, 스토어, 상태, 만료일, 원본 거래/주문 식별자, 계정 연결과 주기 사용량만 저장합니다. 결제 정보와 청구는 Apple 또는 Google이 직접 처리합니다.

권한, 보관 및 삭제

카메라, 사진과 알림은 관련 기능에서만 요청하며 기기 설정에서 철회할 수 있습니다. 데이터는 일반적으로 계정 또는 가족이 활성화된 동안 보관합니다. 공유는 만료하거나 취소할 수 있습니다. 앱에서 계정을 삭제하거나 외부 삭제 안내를 이용할 수 있습니다. 여러 구성원의 가족을 소유한 경우 먼저 소유권을 이전하거나 그룹을 해체해야 합니다.

Privacy Policy

CookTrace stores household recipes and cooking records and enables collaboration among authorized family members. We process only data needed to provide the product, verify subscriptions, and keep it secure. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising tracking.

Data we process

  • Account identifier, email, display name, locale, and session state from IdentityCenter;
  • household membership, invitations, roles, ownership, chat, calls, and polls;
  • recipes, methods, cooking records, photos, comments, ingredients, and user-created shares;
  • device platform, locale, push token, notification state, and necessary technical logs;
  • subscription product, provider, state, period, usage, and store transaction identifiers. CookTrace does not receive or store full payment-card details.

Purposes, recipients, and protection

We use data for authentication, synchronization, household collaboration, notifications, user-initiated sharing, AI answers, subscription entitlement, and abuse prevention. IdentityCenter, NotificationCenter, Apple, Google Play, OpenAI, push providers, and infrastructure providers may process the minimum data needed for their function. We require providers to offer protection equivalent to this policy and applicable rules and to process data only for the contracted service. Data is transmitted with modern encryption such as HTTPS and access is controlled by account and household authorization.

AI assistant and explicit consent

Before content is first sent to a third-party AI, the app identifies the recipient, data, and purpose and asks for explicit consent. Only when you select a recipe and submit a question does CookTrace send text from that recipe (method, recent records, and comments), your question, and recent conversation to the OpenAI API to generate an answer. Photos, other recipes, email, and display name are not sent. You can decline and continue using non-AI features, or withdraw consent at any time under Settings → Privacy & data → Third-party AI data sharing. After withdrawal, no new AI request is sent.

The OpenAI API key remains only on CookTrace servers. Requests do not use OpenAI conversation-state storage. Under current API data controls, API data is not used for model training by default, but some content may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. AI answers may be inaccurate and are not allergy, food-safety, or medical conclusions.

App Store and Google Play subscriptions

When AI Plus is purchased, restored, or refreshed, iOS uses StoreKit and the App Store Server API to verify signed transactions and subscription state. Android sends the Google Play purchase token to CookTrace servers for verification through the Google Play Developer API. We retain only the product ID, store, state, expiry, original transaction/order identifier, account binding, and per-period usage needed to provide entitlement. Tokens and transaction identifiers remain server-side and are not used for advertising. Apple or Google directly processes payment details and charges under its own privacy policy.

Photos, camera, and notifications

Photo-library or camera access is requested only when you select or take a photo. Photos are attached to the recipe or record you choose and are private to the current household by default. Notification permission and push tokens are used for family calls and product notifications; other features do not require notification permission. Revoke system permissions in device settings.

Retention, withdrawal, and deletion

Data is generally retained while the account or household is active. Security and transaction audit data is retained only as needed for legal obligations, dispute resolution, and abuse prevention. Public shares can expire or be revoked. Delete your account in the app or use the external deletion instructions. Data is deleted or anonymized based on household ownership; owners of multi-member households must first transfer ownership or dissolve the household. Withdrawing AI consent does not itself delete account data; account deletion removes subscription linkage, usage records, and deletable personal data.
