使用条款与最终用户许可协议（EULA）

适用协议

本条款是你与 CookTrace 开发者之间的协议，适用于 CookTrace App、网站和服务。通过 Apple App Store 获得的 App 同时受 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（Standard EULA）约束；本条款对其进行补充。通过 Google Play 获得的 App 还受 Google Play 服务条款约束。平台强制规则与本条款不一致时，以相应平台规则和适用法律为准。

许可与服务范围

在你遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予你个人、有限、不可转让、不可再许可的许可，以在你拥有或控制的兼容设备上使用 CookTrace。CookTrace 提供家庭菜谱、料理记录、家庭群聊、通知、AI 回答及用户主动发起的限时分享。产品网站不是 App 的 Web 版。

AI Plus 自动续订

  • AI Plus 是一个月期自动续订订阅，每个订阅周期提供 60 次成功的 AI 回答；失败请求不扣次数。
  • 实际本地价格、币种和税费以购买按钮及 App Store 或 Google Play 的系统确认页为准。
  • 确认购买后，费用由相应商店账户收取；除非在当前周期结束前取消，否则每月自动续订并再次收费。
  • 未使用的订阅额度不结转。首次开通时，尚未使用的免费额度仅加入第一个 Plus 周期。
  • 订阅并非使用 CookTrace 基础菜谱和家庭功能的必要条件；免费版每个自然月提供 3 次成功 AI 回答。

管理或取消：Apple 订阅 / Google Play 订阅。退款由购买平台按其规则处理：向 Apple 申请 / 向 Google Play 申请。取消后通常可使用到当前已付费周期结束；适用法律或平台决定另有规定的除外。

AI 回答

AI 输出可能包含错误或遗漏，仅供料理参考，不能作为过敏、食品安全、营养治疗或医疗结论。只有在你明确同意并主动提问时，所选菜谱文字、问题和最近对话才会发送给 OpenAI；详见隐私政策。

账号、家庭与用户内容

请妥善保管账号，只邀请可信任的人。你保留所提交内容的权利，并允许 CookTrace 在提供、同步、备份和展示功能所必需的范围内处理内容。你必须有权上传相应照片、文字和菜谱资料。

禁止事项与终止

不得上传违法、有害或侵权内容，不得攻击、抓取、逆向绕过安全措施、滥用 AI，或利用群聊、通知和分享骚扰他人。严重违反条款时，我们可在法律允许的范围内限制或终止服务；已通过商店购买的退款仍由相应平台规则决定。

可用性、责任与变更

我们会合理维护服务，但不保证绝不中断或 AI 回答准确。法律允许的最大范围内，服务按现状提供；依法不能排除的消费者权利不受影响。重要条款变更会在合理范围内告知，订阅价格变更依平台规则提前通知或取得同意。

授權與服務

AI Plus 自動續訂

  • 一個月期自動續訂；每個週期提供 60 次成功 AI 回答，失敗請求不扣次數。
  • 實際本地價格、幣別和稅費以購買按鈕及商店確認頁為準。
  • 確認後由商店帳戶收費；除非在目前週期結束前取消，否則每月自動續訂。
  • 訂閱額度不結轉；首次訂閱時，未使用的免費額度只加入第一個 Plus 週期。
  • 基本菜譜與家庭功能不要求訂閱；免費版每個日曆月有 3 次成功 AI 回答。

管理或取消：Apple 訂閱 / Google Play 訂閱。退款：Apple / Google Play。取消後通常可使用到目前已付費週期結束。

AI、帳號與內容

AI 可能不準確，不可作為過敏、食品安全或醫療結論。只有明確同意並主動提問時才向 OpenAI 傳送所選文字。請保護帳號並只上傳你有權使用的內容。詳見隱私權政策。

禁止事項、可用性與支援

禁止違法、侵權、攻擊、繞過安全措施、濫用 AI 或騷擾。服務可能中斷；依法不能排除的消費者權利不受影響。價格變更依平台規則通知或取得同意。問題請使用支援頁面。

適用される契約

本規約はCookTraceの開発者と利用者の間の契約です。Apple App Storeから取得したアプリには、Apple標準エンドユーザ使用許諾契約（Standard EULA）も適用され、本規約はこれを補足します。Google Playから取得したアプリにはGoogle Play利用規約も適用されます。矛盾する場合、プラットフォームの強制規定と適用法が優先します。

ライセンスとサービス

本規約を守ることを条件に、所有または管理する対応端末でCookTraceを利用するための、個人的・限定的・譲渡不可・再許諾不可のライセンスを付与します。CookTraceは家族のレシピ、料理記録、家族チャット、通知、AI回答、期限付き共有を提供します。

AI Plus自動更新サブスクリプション

  • 1か月ごとの自動更新で、各購読期間に成功したAI回答を60回利用できます。失敗したリクエストは回数に含みません。
  • 実際の現地価格、通貨、税額は購入ボタンおよびApp StoreまたはGoogle Playの確認画面に表示されます。
  • 購入確定後、ストアアカウントに請求されます。現在の期間が終了する前に解約しない限り、毎月自動更新され、再度請求されます。
  • 購読分の未使用回数は繰り越されません。初回購読時のみ、未使用の無料回数を最初のPlus期間に追加します。
  • 基本的なレシピ・家族機能には購読は不要です。無料版は暦月ごとに成功したAI回答を3回利用できます。

管理・解約：Appleのサブスクリプション / Google Playの定期購入。返金申請：Apple / Google Play。解約後も通常は支払済み期間の終了まで利用できます。

AI、アカウント、コンテンツ

AI出力は誤る場合があり、アレルギー、食品安全、医療上の判断には使用できません。明確に同意して質問した場合だけ、選択したレシピ本文、質問、直近の会話をOpenAIへ送信します。アカウントを保護し、権利を持つ内容だけをアップロードしてください。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

禁止事項、提供、サポート

違法・権利侵害、攻撃、セキュリティ回避、AIの濫用、嫌がらせを禁止します。中断のない提供やAIの正確性は保証しません。法律上排除できない消費者の権利は影響を受けません。価格変更はストア規則に従い通知または同意取得を行います。お問い合わせはサポートページへ。

적용 계약

본 약관은 사용자와 CookTrace 개발자 간의 계약입니다. Apple App Store에서 받은 앱에는 Apple 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약이 함께 적용되며 본 약관은 이를 보완합니다. Google Play에서 받은 앱에는 Google Play 서비스 약관도 적용됩니다. 충돌 시 플랫폼의 의무 규정과 관련 법률이 우선합니다.

사용권 및 서비스

본 약관을 준수하는 조건으로 호환 기기에서 CookTrace를 사용할 개인적이고 제한적이며 양도 및 재허가할 수 없는 사용권을 부여합니다. 서비스에는 가족 레시피, 요리 기록, 가족 채팅, 알림, AI 답변과 기간 제한 공유가 포함됩니다.

AI Plus 자동 갱신 구독

  • 1개월 자동 갱신이며 주기마다 성공한 AI 답변 60회를 제공합니다. 실패한 요청은 차감하지 않습니다.
  • 실제 현지 가격, 통화 및 세금은 구매 버튼과 App Store 또는 Google Play 확인 화면에 표시됩니다.
  • 구매 확인 후 스토어 계정에 청구되며 현재 기간 종료 전에 취소하지 않으면 매월 자동 갱신됩니다.
  • 구독 사용량은 이월되지 않습니다. 첫 구독 때만 남은 무료 사용량을 첫 Plus 주기에 더합니다.
  • 기본 레시피와 가족 기능에는 구독이 필요하지 않으며 무료 버전은 매월 성공한 AI 답변 3회를 제공합니다.

관리/취소: Apple 구독 / Google Play 구독. 환불: Apple / Google Play. 취소 후 일반적으로 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 이용할 수 있습니다.

AI, 계정 및 콘텐츠

AI는 부정확할 수 있으며 알레르기, 식품 안전 또는 의료 판단에 사용하면 안 됩니다. 명시적으로 동의하고 질문할 때만 선택한 텍스트를 OpenAI에 전송합니다. 계정을 보호하고 권리가 있는 콘텐츠만 업로드하세요. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 확인하세요.

금지 행위, 가용성 및 지원

불법·권리 침해, 공격, 보안 우회, AI 오용 또는 괴롭힘을 금지합니다. 중단 없는 서비스나 AI 정확성을 보장하지 않으며 법으로 배제할 수 없는 소비자 권리는 유지됩니다. 가격 변경은 플랫폼 규칙에 따라 안내하거나 동의를 받습니다. 문의는 지원 페이지를 이용하세요.

Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (EULA)

Agreements that apply

These terms form an agreement between you and the CookTrace developer for the CookTrace app, website, and service. An app obtained from Apple’s App Store is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA); these terms supplement it. An app obtained through Google Play is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. Mandatory store rules and applicable law control if they conflict with these terms.

License and service

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use CookTrace on compatible devices you own or control. CookTrace provides household recipes, cooking records, family chat, notifications, AI answers, and user-initiated expiring shares.

AI Plus auto-renewing subscription

  • AI Plus is a one-month auto-renewing subscription providing 60 successful AI answers in each subscription period. Failed requests do not count.
  • The actual local price, currency, and applicable tax appear on the purchase button and the App Store or Google Play confirmation sheet.
  • After confirmation, the store account is charged. The subscription renews and charges monthly unless canceled before the current period ends.
  • Unused subscription answers do not roll over. Only when first subscribing, unused Free answers are added to the first Plus period.
  • A subscription is not required for CookTrace’s core recipe and household features. Free includes 3 successful AI answers per calendar month.

Manage or cancel: Apple subscriptions / Google Play subscriptions. Refund requests are decided by the purchasing platform under its rules: Apple / Google Play. After cancellation, access normally continues through the paid period unless applicable law or the store decides otherwise.

AI answers

AI output may be wrong or incomplete and is cooking guidance only, not an allergy, food-safety, nutrition-treatment, or medical conclusion. Selected recipe text, your question, and recent conversation are sent to OpenAI only after explicit consent and when you ask. See the Privacy Policy.

Accounts, households, and your content

Secure your account and invite only people you trust. You retain your rights in submitted content and permit CookTrace to process it only as needed to provide, synchronize, back up, and display requested features. Upload only material you have the right to use.

Acceptable use and termination

Do not submit illegal, harmful, or infringing material; attack, scrape, reverse engineer around safeguards, abuse AI, or use chat, notifications, or sharing to harass. Serious violations may result in access restrictions or termination where permitted; store refund rules still apply.

Availability, liability, and changes

We reasonably maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or accurate AI output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available; consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. Material changes receive reasonable notice. Subscription price changes follow store notice or consent requirements.
